Why do my family members suffer from chronic illnesses after the age of 40? I am aware that many of the illnesses are the result of lifestyle behaviors that are modifiable. I want to reduce my risk for chronic illness and mentor/model positive behaviors for family/friends. Advancement via Individual Determination......... I trained and successfully completed the 2011 Houston-Chevron Marathon (26.3 miles) in 4 hours and 20 minutes. Please don't forget that I work full-time, as well, a proud wife and mother to young children, ages 6 and 3!! The MISSION is POSSIBLE!
