At the young age of 58, I am keenly aware of my high risk for cancer. My father, mother, and maternal grandmother died from complications secondary to their cancer diagnoses. I try to eat healthier foods, walk regularly, and use stress management techniques...LOL! At the end of the month...a slice of key lime pie makes it all worthwhile.
